Hi. I’m Jenny.

I started this blog because I’ve spent way too much of my life feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. I wanted a space to test out small, science-backed lifestyle changes. Little things that might boost my mood, energy & focus levels, and maybe make life feel a little more manageable.

Not perfect. Just better(ish).

On Better(ish), I try out one wellness tweak at a time and report back with the honest truth. Does it help? Is it sustainable? Does it just make me want to nap in protest? Everything I try has to be 100% backed by science. No wellness with the woo around here.

A Little About Me

I’m a wife, mom to humans and rescue doggies, registered nurse, wannabe writer, sometimes-artist, and mental health advocate. I love the mountains, kayaking, snorkeling, and dry humor. I struggle with ADHD and depression, and I promise to always keep it real.
